QC Reports - Unexpected Error - Cannot Invoke Form

Issue:  If the Crystal Report Runtime is not installed, then the QC UI will generate an error message pop-up when selecting “New” on the “Find Report Setup” Form.

Cannot invoke form: Plexis.QC.Report.ReportSetup.ReportSetupForm.Report

Resolution:

• Install the Crystal Reports Runtime that was delivered with your Quantum Choice Release delivery in the \Tools\CrystalReports directory. If you cannot find a copy of the runtime installer, please contact Plexis Client Support.

Note:    Even if no Crystal Reports are being used, the Quantum Choice UI still requires the Crystal Reports Runtime be installed to access SSRS reports.
