When upgrading QC, users may encounter an issue after upgrading. The following node and sub-nodes will be missing from the Enterprise Administration item in the Form Navigator within QC:
- Claim Adjustment Reason Codes
- Claim Adjustment Reason Codes
- Claim Adjustment Reason Code Mapping
Users will need to run the Security Admin tool to refresh the permissions on their database to have the Claim Adjustment Reason Code node active within QC. Here are the steps:
- Windows > Search > CMD > Right-Click > Run as administrator
- Type CD C:\Program Files (x86)\Plexis Healthcare Systems Inc\Navigate to Version of QC \Tools\SecurityAdmin, press Enter
- Type the following: qcsecurityadmin -s [Insert Server] -d [Insert QC Core DB Name] -rac -rad -rcs -rcl press Enter
- Open QC and check to make sure that the Claim Adjustment Reason Code node is now showing in the Enterprise Administration menu like below:
