Issue: When a user tries to adjudicate a claim the following error occurs:
Unable to dispatch Clear Adjudication request. Please ensure all QC Services are started.
Steps for resolution:
1. Open Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
2. Open the QC firewall rule and select Protocols and Ports tab
3. Verify all needed ports are open
a. Following default ports need to be open: 8080, 8081, 8082, 8088, 8089, 8101, 8100, 8200, 8500
b. Port 8081 specifically is needed for adjudication services
4. Once rule is updated/verified try to run adjudication again
