QC Reports - Cannot Reach SSRS Report

Issue: SSRS Report not available

If the SSRS web service URL is not configured correctly in the SSRS tab of the Reporting Configuration Section of Quantum Choice, then your web browser will appear but not bring open the report.

Can't reach this page. Make sure the web address <web address> is correct

Possible Resolution:

• Expand Reports and Correspondence Services from the Form Navigator.

• Select Reporting Configuration.
• From the Global Settings Tab, select the SSRS Reports Tab.
• In the Report Files Section, the value for the field “Report Server Web Service URL” should contain the web service URL of your SSRS server. EX: http://plexis-PRD-sql/ReportServer

• When entering the Report Path for each SSRS Report, make sure to enter the relative path to the report (RDL) file from the ‘Home’ directory on the SSRS Report Server. Do not including the ‘Home’ directory or the ‘Report File Name’ (RDL) in the Report Path.

Example:
