QC Services start but DTC disabled errors are in the Event Log

Issue: Services are starting but DTC disabled error is showing up in the Event Viewer log. 

Steps to resolve: Verify that the MSDTC settings are correct. 

1. Type Component Services in the Windows search bar and select first result. 

2. Expand Component Services --> Computers --> My Computer --> Distributed Transaction Coordinator  --> Local DTC

3. Right-click on Local DTC and select Properties

4. Select Security tab

5. Make sure Allow Inbound, Allow Outbound, and Mutual Authentication Required are set under Transaction Manager Communication. These settings should match across all servers.
