QC Service won't start - Process terminated

Issue: Starting a QC service gets a "process terminated unexpectedly" error:

Steps to resolve: 

1. Navigate to the installation location of the service

2. Open the config file (named '<service>.dll.config') in a text editor

3. Verify the highlighted areas below are correct.
