Issue: QC Service starts and then stops.
Steps to resolve:
Verify that the service account is a sysadmin in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
1. Open SSMS and connect to the Server/instance the QC databases are restored on
2. On the left-hand side in the Object Explorer expand Security folder to see Logins
3. Verify the service account is listed - if it does not exist, add the account used for the QC services
4. Verify the service account is a sysadmin
a. Double-click on the service account user and select Server Roles on the left
b. Make sure there is a checkbox for sysadmin
