QC Service not installing - Incorrect Login/Database/Server Name entered when installing Service

Issue: QC service will not install and user will see the following error message when attempting to finish the install of the service:

Service 'QC Service - ClaimAdjudication - AdjudicateClaim' (QC Service - ClaimAdjudication - AdjudicateClaim) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

Reason: One or more of the following fields was entered incorrectly when installing the service:

1. Database name

2. Server name

3. Login information

Resolution: The installation process will need to be run again making sure the correct information is entered.
