Error opening PCM - File Note Found - crpe32.dll

Issue: When opening PCM, user receives the following error: 

Resolution:

This error message indicates that the executable (.exe) file for PCM is in in the incorrect location when attempted to launch PCM. To resolve this issue, the user will need to place the executable for PCM in the installation location (default path shown below):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Plexis Healthcare Systems Inc\Plexis Claims Manager\Client

Once the executable is placed in the location listed above, PCM will open properly.  PCM requires the supporting files in the installation location in order to open, so a user cannot have the executable placed on their desktop.  Only provide shortcuts to users created from the executable in the installation location.
