PCM Reports - ActiveX Error

Issue: When trying to run PCM Reports, the following ActiveX error occurs:

This means Crystal Runtime has not been run on the machine generating the report and must be installed.  The Crystal Runtime msi is always included by PLEXIS in the initial product installation delivery.  If you cannot find this installer, let Client Support know and we can re-deliver.
