PCM Code Loader throws object reference error when trying to open

Issue: When trying to open the PCM Code Loader application, the following “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” occurs.

This error means there are no 64-bit ODBCs available for the Code Loader. Every PCM database will need two ODBCs built for it – one for the PCM Client from the SysWOW64 ODBC (32-bit) folder and one for the Code Loader from the System32 ODBC (64-bit) folder. It is recommended to access the ODBCs directly from their Windows folders, rather than typing “ODBC” in the Start bar to ensure you're picking the correct ODBC. 

For the Code Loader, navigate to C:\Windows\System32

Once in the ODBC, create a connection using the same steps for creating an ODBC for the PCM Client in the 32-bit ODBC.
